Forests Client Management System (Forests Client)

Team Alliance has transformed Forests Client, the Ministry of Forests’ application for managing its business relationships with B.C.’s forest sector and other natural resource industries. Alliance:

  • Launched an online form allowing legal entities and individuals to request a Ministry of Forests client number via the web
  • Created a dashboard for staff to manage online client number submissions
  • Enabled staff to use the dashboard to create client numbers for in-person applicants
  • Implemented an advance search feature
  • Added functionality to edit existing client data,
  • Made it possible to create related clients

With this, the legacy system will be decommissioned by the end of 2025.
